Intake

Every journey begins with an honest and gentle starting point. During the intake, we take time to explore your current situation, what you’re struggling with and what you long for. Whether you’re dealing with emotional patterns, physical tension, energetic imbalance or simply a desire to reconnect with yourself — everything is welcome. This first part is all about getting to know you, your story and your energy. It gives us the space to clarify your needs and intentions, so I can intuitively shape a treatment that truly supports you. From this foundation, we create a safe and grounded path forward — one that is fully attuned to who you are and what you’re ready to shift.

Personalized treatment

Every person is unique — and so is every session. Before we begin, I take time to tune into your energy and connect with what is currently present in your body, mind and emotional field. Together, we explore where you are and what you would like support with. Based on this, I intuitively shape the session to meet your needs in that moment. This may include coaching to bring clarity and insight, energetic healing to release blockages, chakra balancing to restore alignment or sound therapy using singing bowls for deep relaxation and integration. There is no fixed formula — each session unfolds naturally, guided by your energy and my intuitive presence.

Reiki only session

This session is fully focused on energetic healing through Reiki. Using gentle, hands-on (or just above the body) techniques, Reiki supports the release of energetic blockages and restores natural flow throughout the body. It promotes deep relaxation, emotional balance and energetic alignment on all levels — physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Perfect if you’re feeling drained, out of balance or simply in need of grounding and peace. Each session is intuitively guided and tailored to what your energy needs in the moment.
